I went to see some friends play last Thursday and burst into tears when I saw them. They’ve been my friends for a while now and are of our ilk. It felt like going home when a good cry is in order. Point is everything feels better when surrounded by your tribe. You can find your voice there, support and most importantly the warmth of love. Music heals and is often the voice for many of us.
Listened to the podcast and finished it today. Loved she mentioned the library book—one of my faves this year as well. It’s message is in such alignment with small steps of self acknowledgement and vulnerability leading to richer community

Heather Cox Richardson is so good! I read and listen to her as well. Thanks for taking a public stand. Everything counts. These are scary times!
